Liquibond Polymer Primer designed to use with Self-Leveling Concrete Canvas. Always prime the cleaned surface with Liquibond Ploymer. Dilute Liquibond 2:1 with water (2 parts water to 1 part polymer).roll or spray diluted Liquidbond Primer onto a translucent film before applying Concrete Canvas. Very porous concrete surfaces may require several coats of primer.
