Failure to neutralize acid stains may result in sealer failure (white spots, blistering, premature delamination, etc.). Balance neutralizes the remaining acid residue and helps eliminate incompatibility with the sealers. This will enhance the overall appearance of the acid stained surface and help extend the life of the sealer. Use Balance as a final rinse on Acid Stained floors prior to applying protective sealers. By neutralizing the acid stain properly with Balance the sealer topcoat will wet out the surface and bond more efficiently.
DIRECTIONS: After acid stain is dry and through reacting, rinse thoroughly with Balance or use as a final rinse and allow to dry. Balance is easily applied using a pump up sprayer.
